  • Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns

    All sales are final.

    Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used or damaged.

  • We ship worldwide using Canada Post. A tracking number is included with the current shipping option and will be emailed shortly after purchase has been made.

  • We are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit. Please contact your local courier if the package has ben lost, stolen or damaged.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or your order before your order is shipped, please email hello@lesoak.com.
